INDIAN HEAD EMS ASSOCIATION “LOSER POOL”

POOL START DATE: March 3, 2004

OBJECT: To pick one team from the games listed that will LOSE the game!

COST: The cost is a one time fee of $10.00 for one entry or $15.00 for two entries. If you choose two entries, each entry must have a different losing team for each game.

RULES: RULES:

(1)You are eliminated from the pool if your team Wins or Ties the game in Regulation time (no overtime).

(2)If your team’s game is cancelled, you will be contacted to pick a loser from another weekly game (our choice).

(3)You can enter a pick weekly or select all of your picks at once (you may even change your pick prior to 5:00pm deadline). You can register your picks by contacting Mike Lang at Indian Head EMS at 695-2191 (leave message on voice mail if not in) or by faxing your picks to 695-2162 This year we are also accepting Payments Online and Online Picks! You can pay by credit card through paypal. You can reach the paypal website by going to http://www.paypal.com and making your $10.00 or $15.00 payment to ihemsa@hotmail.com. Picks must also arrive prior to the 5 pm deadline. Your picks can be emailed to:ihemsa@hotmail.com

(4)It is your responsibility to check if your team is a loser and to then enter next week’s pick. If you miss entering your team by 5:00pm the day before the game,(5:00pm Friday) you will be eliminated! We will not be contacting you for your choices!!

(5)No entries will be accepted after March 2nd, 5:00 p.m. No Execeptions!

PAYOFF:

If there is no winner at the end of regular season play, the cash prize will be divided amongst the remaining players. The payout will be 50% of all money collected (Last Year 1 person took home $476.50) Remaining 50% will go towards the purchase of much needed medical equipmnent. Last year, monies received helped to purchase of a defribillator for our service!

REMEMBER: ALL PICKS MUST BE IN BY 5:00PM THE DAY BEFORE THE GAME!! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!
